The challenge was to remodel the entire beta UX and UI and design a completely new version based on Artificial Intelligence models.
Thanks to the use of User Research and Event Storming techniques, I was possible to determine the main problems of users and offer a better process of collecting and managing leads. Each delivered interface provided and usability was validated with end customers.
